Families of all ages are welcome to come and spend a happy Mother’s Day with the horses. Mark the date!
Last year, around 7,000 people had an enjoyable time at the HKJC Tuen Mun Public Riding School Open Day. This year’s Open Day continues to offer an exciting line up of activities – and many are free, including: a show jumping competition, competitive games, and a Riding for the Disabled parade. There are also game booths and bouncy castles – it’s fun for the whole family! In addition, fee-charging activities include: stable visits, pony rides and photo opportunities with the Shetland ponies that are sure to leave you with many happy memories.
The Club supports the promotion of equestrian sport at three public riding schools: Tuen Mun in the New Territories and Pok Fu Lam and Lei Yue Mun Park on Hong Kong Island. All are assessed and accredited annually by the British Horse Society to provide a wide range of courses and activities for those aged six and above. They also allow the public to enjoy the fun of riding and to experience caring for horses.
Admission to the HKJC Tuen Mun Public Riding School Open Day 2017 is free of charge, with activities held between 1pm and 6pm. With such a wide variety of things to do and see, it’s a day you’ll not want to miss!
