To reshape the Integrated Children and Youth Service Centres into vibrant, forward-looking spaces, 21C@JC connects with new online centres and turns them into co-creation platforms for youth to participate in social good. It also provides young people with continuous engagement and services that seamlessly merge online and offline experiences.
