Overview Hong Kong’s first purpose-built centre dedicated to cancer care and research, integrating scientific research, education and clinical treatment.  
Opening hours Monday to Friday      9:00am – 6:00pm 


About the facility

The University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Centre for Clinical Innovation and Discovery (HKU JC CCID) and The University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Cancer Care (HKU JCICC)*, bringing scientific research, teaching and treatment under one roof, were established with the support of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

The CCID is equipped with cutting-edge technology to support research focusing on the role of genetics and genomics and developing accurate diagnostic tools and effective treatments. 

The ICC addresses the psychosocial and emotional needs of cancer patients and their families and caregivers. It provides holistic care of patients from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and recovery. 

*They are currently in operation in other premises while the new building at Grantham Hospital is being completed.
