Revolutionising youth development via football

Since 2013, together with Manchester United, we have been on a journey to implement the JC School Football Development Scheme (the Scheme) in kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary institutions. The Scheme is now supported by donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for programme operation.

Our mission is not only to develop potential of teachers and coaches, but also help young players grow both on and off the pitch.

We are committed to fostering a “happy football” culture across Hong Kong through a training model based on “inspiration” and “encouragement”.

From engaging theory and practical workshops to tailored school visits and off-campus activities, we create spaces for growth, teamwork and self-discovery. Outstanding teachers and coaches from primary and secondary schools will have the opportunity to experience Manchester United training model during the exchange tour in the UK.

Join us on this incredible journey as we build a happier, healthier community connected by the power of football.
