Empowering the next generation: JC Youth Football Academy Summit

At The Hong Kong Jockey Club, we have long been committed to youth football development. Combining cultural exchange, creative inspiration and athletic training, the JC Youth Football Academy Summit exposes participants to new people and ideas, broadening their horizons.

Since 2017, we have collaborated with Manchester United (Man Utd) and The Football Association of Hong Kong, China (HKFA) to introduce the Academy Summit. It is now supported by donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals for programme operation. It encourages youth players to "play together, learn together, train together".

The Academy Summit is a week-long programme that brings together the Manchester United Academy U16, Hong Kong, China U16 Representative Team, and Premier Youth League Select. They engage in a series of training sessions, friendly matches, and cultural activities, as well as community service initiatives.
