JC InnoPower Fellowship

Education & learningTalent development

The Hong Kong Jockey Club nurtures innovative changemakers from the social welfare and education sectors through personal and professional development opportunities.

Empowering innovative leaders in the education and social service sectors

Teachers and social workers play an important role in our community. Having an innovative mindset is important to fulfil their missions as educational and social challenges become increasingly complex.

Through innovation and leadership training, mentorship, local, Mainland and international learning tours, and change project incubation, JC InnoPower Fellowship strives to nurture education and social welfare practitioners as future-ready and inclusive leaders.

In its first phase, the programme focused on building the innovation capacity of teachers and social workers, developing a thriving community of 300 catalysts for change.

Entering its second phase, the programme expands to support senior management in transforming schools and non-profit agencies as learning organisations through JC InnoPower Education Fellowship and the JC InnoPower Social Welfare Fellowship respectively.

Together, a Community of Practice is being developed to foster a sustainable culture of active learning, collaboration and innovation within and beyond institutions, enhancing service quality and sector resilience for the betterment of Hong Kong.
