JC Fit City

Healthy livingSports development

The Hong Kong Jockey Club supports inclusivity in sports by promoting an active lifestyle and making it accessible to everyone regardless of their background, abilities or circumstances, so that they can enjoy sports anytime, anywhere.

Play Now Live Better

According to research, over 65% of people in Hong Kong do not maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. To encourage more citizens to get moving, JC Fit City promotes incorporating sports and exercise into their daily life, based on activity level recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO).

Through city-wide events and a variety of accessible sports activities, the project aims to raise public awareness about the benefits of an active lifestyle. It also helps people build supportive communities among peers with shared goals.

The project’s website and mobile app offer participants an all-in-one digital platform that provides an easy and efficient way for them to stay engaged, explore activities and connect with the fitness community.
