Financial highlights
Our efforts in addressing a variety of societal needs and offering career opportunities have resulted in the creation of social and economic value. Here are some of the highlights of our contributions.

Approved donation areas
Together with our partners and collaborators, we support various charities and community projects throughout the year in the following major areas:

From improving elderly welfare to helping families, our donations go towards community-based projects and initiatives that support the needs of people from all walks of life.
Funding in the past five years
Over the years, the Trust has consistently contributed to charities and community work, reflecting our ongoing commitment to building a brighter future despite changing circumstances.
*The 2023/24 amount includes a HK$3.5 billion donation to the Institute of Philanthropy.
#The 2024/25 amount includes special donations of HK$1.9 billion to cover operating expenses and establish an endowment fund for the Public Riding Schools and to support the Hong Kong Competition Region during the 15th National Games, 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and 9th National Special Olympic Games.
^The 2025/26 amount includes special donations of HK$2.0 billion, comprising HK$1.7 billion to support the establishment of Tseung Kwan O Public Riding School, and HK$0.3 billion to support ongoing heritage preservation, annual programmes and revitalisation of Block 4 at Tai Kwun.
