Since the pandemic has been gradually subsiding, CARE FUN Day, which has been suspended for 3 years, was held on 28 April 2023 at Coffee Corner of JC Headquarters. The event attracted around 750 colleagues to attend. This year, with “1+1=Volunteers” as the main theme of CARE FUN Day, participants were encouraged to bring along their colleagues, relatives and friends to join the volunteer services, thereby sharing the joy of serving the community. Among all participants, more than 200 of them enrolled for volunteer services listed at the CARE FUN Day to serve the community.

Executive Director of Corporate Affairs Raymond Tam also attended the event. Apart from expressing his gratitude to the CARE volunteers, he also invited colleagues to join CARE team. While enjoying lively vibes, he was glad to see colleagues’ keen participations and encouraged more colleagues to take part in CARE services.

There was a wide variety of games and refreshments on CARE FUN Day. In order to enhance full-time employees’ understanding about the CARE Team, roll-up banners were set up at the venue. Colleagues could join the on-site quiz about the CARE Team and be awarded an ice-cream if they answered all questions correctly. Handmade beers, snacks, drinks, egg waffles, pork dumplings and fish balls were available in the balcony to let colleagues enjoy a “Happy Friday”!
