Since 2013, we have partnered with Manchester United to build an innovative and sustainable football development scheme for local kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary institutions.

The Scheme is designed to foster the potential of teachers and coaches by introducing a training model based on "inspiration" and "encouragement", helping students develop their physical, mental and social skills.

JC Youth Football Leadership Scheme

Working in collaboration with Manchester United and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals since 2014, we have established Hong Kong's first football-powered leadership and community service programme for teenagers aged 15-19.

By integrating football event organisation training with leadership development, our Scheme offers a unique platform for youth to excel in their favourite sport while enhancing physical, mental and social skills, both on and off pitch.
