The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) was established in 1984 with a Club donation of HK$300 million. It is Hong Kong’s only institution dedicated to cultivating young talent in the fields of music, dance, drama, technical arts, film and television. The Club's support to the Academy did not stop after the construction of its campus. Over the years, the Club’s total donation to the HKAPA has amounted to more than HK$398 million.
