How can young people relieve stress?

Growing up, young people face a range of challenges in their academic, social and daily lives, and these can become sources of stress. Experts advise that when you feel depressed you should try to do something relaxing, such as read, listen to music or chat with friends. Sometimes even simply taking a deep breath or putting on a happy face can be ways of relaxing and relieving stress.
