Did you know that in addition to martial arts making you stronger, it can also be used in the office to help relieve common neck and shoulder pain, plus alleviate constipation? What’s more, you can do these exercises in your own workspace at any time!

For example, office workers who use computers for long stretches of time can easily dislocate their joints; and using the “bone setting “ technique can quickly help to reset them and relieve tension. Likewise, Tai Chi moves can effectively reduce neck and shoulder pain by stretching and relaxing the muscles. Also, combining breathing techniques with massage therapy can help detox your body and relieve constipation.
