Can you keep fit without exercise equipment?

 Exercise doesn’t necessarily happen in the gym– the best equipment you have is none other than your own body! When travelling, you may not have access to exercise equipment. Fitness trainers say that’s not a problem, and say that wall-sits and push-ups are some of the equipment-free exercises you can do. If you find them too easy, try doing wall-sits on one foot or attempt different push-up variations, both of which can help build up your endurance.
