Rolling is good for kids

Some seemingly insignificant actions can actually be very helpful to a child’s physical fitness! Hong Kong kids seldom crawl or even “roll”; yet in fact, it is precisely these actions that train both gross and fine-motor skills. What’s more, rolling is related to core strength. The benefits of rolling and crawling for young children can even be greater than the benefits of competitive sports or targeted training.
